Returns & Right of Withdrawal
For purchases made online, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact MINIMAL ATHENS through the store contact form before the 14-day period expires, stating your order number, name, email address and a clear request to withdraw from the purchase.
Returning the items
After notifying us of your withdrawal, please send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us. Unless otherwise agreed or required by law, the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
You may inspect the goods as you would in a physical store. Please return items in their original condition, with any tags and packaging where possible. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Refunds
Where the right of withdrawal applies, we will reimburse the payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for the original order. Any additional cost resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method is not refundable.
The refund will be made without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first. Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another method is expressly agreed.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply where an exception under applicable law applies, including, where relevant, goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised goods, and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item is faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible. Your statutory rights are not affected. Where required by law, return costs for faulty or incorrect goods are borne by us.
Exchanges
Requests for exchanges, including size or colour changes, are subject to availability. Please contact us before returning an item so we can confirm the available options.
In-store purchases
The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal described above applies to distance sales. Purchases made in a physical store are subject to the return or exchange terms communicated at the time of purchase, without affecting your statutory rights for faulty goods.
